Registration for the ISKO 2024 conference
There are three entrances for different attendees, i.e., international attendees, Chinese attendees and attendees from Wuhan University.

(1) Registration rates
For on-site attendance

Note: The attendee who is not an ISKO member is more than welcome to join the ISKO as a member first and register for the ISKO 2024 conference as an ISKO member. Please see https://www.isko.org/join.html
For Chinese attendees from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, if you do not have a bank account that allows you to pay the registration fee in RMB Chinese Yuan (CNY), you will need to register with the rates applicable to international attendees.

(2) Cancellation Policy
● Refunds: We regret to inform you that refunds for registration fees are not available.
● Substitutions: Substitutions are permitted at no additional fee. If you are unable to attend the conference, you may substitute your registration with another individual, who will be eligible for the same registration rate (e.g., student / non-student, ISKO-member / non ISKO member, on-site/virtual). Please contact isko2024@163.com to request a substitution on or before March 19, 2024.
(3) Registration procedures and guidelines
To register for the conference, please visit https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=isko2024. The registration process will be handled through the EasyChair registration system, with the following procedures.
1. Login to the EasyChair system (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=isko2024)
2. Find and choose “ISKO 2024”
3. Within ISKO 2024, click “start registration” (see the screenshot below)
4. On the registration page, click “Register yourself” or “Register a new person” at the top-right corner.
5. Fill in the required fields marked with an asterisk (*) with your personal information.
6. Choose the appropriate registration type (on-site/virtual attendance, student / non-student, ISKO-member / non ISKO member).
7. Review your personal information as well as the registration fee details, and then click “Pay Registration”.
8. Pay the registration fee online. You can make payments using credit card of UnionPay, Visa, or Mastercard.

中国参会者注册说明
欢迎参加第18届国际知识组织大会（ISKO 2024）！中国境内的参会者（包含港澳台地区），注册费用如下表所示。参会者需使用支持人民币交易的银联账户完成注册费支付。港澳台地区的参会者，如果您无法通过指定的人民币支付渠道完成会议注册费的支付，则需要使用Registration for ISKO 2024 – International attendees (国际参会者)渠道进行注册。武汉大学本校参会者请通过校内转账的方式完成注册，详见对应的说明。

ISKO2024中国参会者注册及支付流程
一 访问会议注册系统
手机扫码二维码，或在浏览器中打开网址 http://pay.whu.edu.cn/school_bmqz进入网上报名缴费系统，或使用手机扫码下方二维码进入网上报名缴费系统。
二 注册
用户第一次登陆需要进行注册，按照页面引导，点击“校外人员”—“我要注册”，填入相关信息完成注册后登陆报名系统。
三 登陆系统
找到项目“第十八届国际知识组织大会(ISKO 2024)早鸟注册费/正常注册费”，点击进入。注：早鸟注册截止时间为北京时间2024年1月31日23:59，2月1日起系统将显示正常注册费。
四 会议注册及支付
根据参会者身份，选择相应项目进行注册（学生/非学生，ISKO会员/非会员）。选择完成后填写相关资料，包括姓名、身份证号、单位名称、职务/职称、手机号、电子邮箱（用于接收电子发票）、发票抬头、纳税人识别号。资料填写完成后点击“确定”，确认报名信息的准确性后，点击“去支付”，进入支付环节。
网上支付目前支持银联、微信支付与支付宝，请选择合适支付方式进行支付。银联不支持信用卡（包括公务卡）支付，如需使用信用卡（公务卡）请选用微信支付方式(付款时选择公务卡)。
欢迎参加第18届国际知识组织大会（ISKO 2024）！武汉大学本校的参会者，需要通过校内项目转账的方式进行会议注册费的支付。收款项目编号：1206-190400001。武汉大学本校参会者的会议注册费与国内参会者相同，具体费率如下。

在完成校内经费转账后，本校注册者请扫码以下二维码，或点击https://send2me.cn/HVPS_Y75/QoaS0MzbaDDMMQ 填写个人注册信息，方便会务组统计本校参会人员名单。也可先行填写注册信息，并后续完成校内经费转账。
校内经费转账的具体流程如下：
● 登录武汉大学财务信息平台
● 点击“网上报账系统”
● 点击“日常报销”
● 点击”新业务填报”
● 选择个人经费项目，点击“下一步(报销费用明细)”
● 在费用明细页面，根据会议注册者身份及注册时间（2024年1月31日之前适用早鸟注册费率），在“会议费”一栏中填写相应的注册费金额，关键字摘要处填写“ISKO2024会议注册 + 姓名 + 所在学院”，点击”下一步，支付方式”
● 支付方式选择项目转账，部门编号填写1206，项目编号填写190400001，再次输入对应金额，点击“下一步(确认提交)”
● 打印并提交报销单，请项目负责人签字，盖所在学院章，交纸质报销材料到学校财务部会计核算一科或您所在学院对应的会计核算科室。
